We got more snow in Santa Fe this week. It’s the snowiest winter we’ve had in years and it’s not even mid-January. This week we had four days of snow; most days we got about an inch. This morning we woke up to an additional seven or eight inches of white on the ground. It’s beautiful! The good news is the air is so clean the snow stays pristine looking — usually until it melts. Any southern exposures get so much sun most days that the snow melts pretty quickly. And, what anyone in New Mexico will tell you is, we need the moisture.
